Attorney Matthew McClenahan is a native of Woodbury, Minnesota and frequent speaker on estate planning, gift and estate taxation, cabin planning, and business succession topics. He has a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a member of the Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Minnesota State Bar and Hennepin County Bar Associations. Matt is licensed to practice law before all courts in the State of Minnesota.

Sarah Olson is a Mitchell Hamline School of Law graduate and licensed attorney. She graduated from Minnesota State University-Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and worked in the tax area in both public accounting and corporate. While working in the tax industry, she earned a Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management. After taking some time off to raise her family, she went to work for a mid-size commercial construction company as a controller and ran her solely-owned project management company for over ten years. Sarah spends most of her free time hanging out with her four kids and her yellow lab, Charlie, and is an avid reader.

Tom was raised in Madison, WI and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2001. He has extensive office administration experience from several years of leading the scheduling and authorization team for the University of Colorado Heath – North Sleep Labs and, since relocating to Minnesota in 2021, has since enjoyed his transition to the role of paralegal.
